- Carlos Chen is a technology founder with 20+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems development, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Sichuan University. His career spans China and Canada, with a long focus on enterprise software, ERP, e-commerce, AI, full-stack development, and business automation.
- Carlos began his career as a senior software engineer at Intel in Shanghai. He then moved from large technology companies into entrepreneurship, with two startups in Shanghai and three in Canada. Across his career he has developed and managed more than 100 software and digital systems projects for businesses.
- In Canada, Carlos has built ERP, order management, inventory, sales, project management, digital marketing, and AI automation systems for local businesses, covering building materials, flooring, cabinets, home appliances, construction, electrical engineering, and wholesale and retail. This experience lets him design technology around real business operations, not just software features.
- More recently, Carlos has pushed his focus toward AI-native enterprise operations: embedding AI into lead generation, marketing, sales, ERP, inventory, supply chain, finance, and customer management, and using AI Employees / AI Digital Workers so companies can run leaner, with more automation and lower operating costs.
